Do you have strong food production and
administration/management skills? Then you might be ready for a career as an
executive chef. This person is generally responsible for all culinary units in
a restaurant, hotel, club, hospital or foodservice establishment. A certified
executive chef supervises at least five full-time employees. This certification
requires a peer-monitored exam and renewal every five years.
