An audio and video equipment technician is responsible for many audio/video items, such as microphones, projectors, video monitors, and recording equipment. This kind of technician may work at concerts, sporting events, news conferences, or other formal meetings. Not to be confused with a sound engineering technician, the A/V equipment tech provides specialized assistance for a range of sophisticated electronic systems.
