Educational Assessment and Evaluation Degrees

Degrees in education assessment and evaluation are only offered at the graduate level. These programs can be approached from a variety of undergraduate degree programs including education, business, administration and management. Students may choose to enroll in an educational assessment and evaluation degree program right after college, or return to school after spending some time in the professional world to gain access to a wider range of career opportunities.

It is up to you to decide which degree is going to be the right choice for you. Educational assessment and evaluation degrees include:

Master’s: This is by far the most common degree program, and will prepare graduates for a wide range of career opportunities. During the program students will take classes on education, management, administration and many other subjects. After graduation, students are immediately eligible to being a career in educational administration as a mid- to high-level professional.

PhD: Students who choose to complete the doctoral program will receive extensive training in educational assessment and evaluation, and will be able to enter the workforce as a high level education administrator or college professor.
